TPCG Customer Service Drive Thru Reopens Monday, September 20, 2021

The TPCG Customer Service Department reopened the drive thru on the ground floor of the Gabasse Street parking garage on Monday, September 20, 2021. Customers can conduct the following business through the drive thru: 

  • Utility payments
  • New service requests
  • Transfers
  • Cancellations

The Customer Service Department does not have phone service or internet at this time, so in-person payments must be made with cash, check, or money order.

Other payment options for utility bills:

  • Pay by Phone - Call 844-331-8341 to pay all or a portion of your bill via Interactive Voice Response (IVR). 
  • Utility Bill Drop Box - Leave a check or money order in the After Hours Drop Box in lane 1 of the drive thru on the ground floor of the Gabasse Street parking garage.
  • Online Payments through myTPCG - Visit myTPCG to make an account and authorize a bank draft directly from your checking account. 
  • One-Time Online Payments through Paymentus - Visit Paymentus to make a quick, secure payment without signing in.
