The Social Security Administration is committed to remaining accessible to our recipients and applicants.  Due to Hurricane Ida, I know that many residents of Terrebonne Parish have been displaced.  Hopefully the majority of these residents have direct deposit for their SSA benefits and therefore have access to their benefits.

However, if the public needs to contact SSA for any reason, we are available to them by phone.  Our staff is answering office phones remotely and are assisting the public with most transactions by phone.  The public can locate the phone number for to their SSA office using the SSA Office Locator on our website.
