CITY OF HOUMA 8am Update 9/9
  1. Loop 1 (Industrial) ECD 9/10/21
  2. Crews are now working on Dumas and Cummins feeder
  3. We are planning to energize the 115, 34.5, and all substations on 9/10/21 pending Entergy’s Transmission
  4. 9/11/21 we are expected to energize TGMC, Water Plant and Civic Center
