Entire Parish of Terrebonne is Still Under a Boil Water Order Until Further Notice

As of today, September 7, 2021, approximately 80%-85% of our customers have water service. The water pressure may not be at 100% due to numerous leaks in the system, but there is water.

 

The attached map indicates what areas SHOULD have service. The green areas should have water service. The orange areas are the areas that we are actively working on restoring service to.

 

Please note that if you have an elevated residence, you may not have water upstairs, but you could possibly have some water coming from a ground floor spigot. The pressure may not be good enough to get the water upstairs.

 

REMINDER: If you observe any water leaks, please call (985) 879-2495 or send us a Facebook message. Please continue to conserve water until we have the system fully operating at normal pressure.
