Generator Safety is CRUCIAL - Carbon Monoxide Poisoning Calls Increase

Our local Fire departments are still receiving numerous calls this morning about carbon monoxide poisoning residents. These residents are being transported to hospitals outside of this parish for medical care.

 

Generator safety is crucial. First responders are urging residents to read your safety manuals / directions before using your generator. Check on your neighbors using generators to make sure they are using them safely.
